Basically, the parent needs to facilitate the class times.

    It's a mini-course of four weeks with video content for each exercise and explanations of form. There are a handful of PDFs that need to be downloaded, such as the CALENDAR, Journal/Progress Tracker and list of Games, but otherwise everything else is presented in the form of short videos for each exercise included in the exercise deets for the specific week.
